No indicator-specific interpretation should be made until its definition, source, comparability class and caveat have loaded.

Social Context Explorer
Examine documented Five Eyes trends in technology, media, population, migration, crime, justice, trust, health, education, economic conditions and social cohesion—without treating national context as an explanation of individual behaviour.

Absence is not zero. Sparse survey, census or snapshot cadence is not automatically a data-quality failure.
Permission-aware comparison
Five Eyes comparison
Cross-country views become available only when the indicator registry permits them. Governed context–case analysis is available in the Research Laboratory.

Focused policy context
Border Security & Public Safety
Use a bounded guide to the migration, asylum, refugee, crime, justice and confidence indicators already released—and the border-system measures that are not yet available.
Interpretive boundaries
What this explorer can—and cannot—show
Flexible exploration does not make all indicators comparable or support causal conclusions.
Missingness and comparability
No defensible value available is never converted to zero, interpolated or carried forward. National legal definitions, survey instruments, reporting practices and observation cadence differ. The active indicator’s source and caveat govern every view.
Ecological interpretation
Country-year context describes the national environment in which recorded cases occurred. It does not measure an individual actor’s exposure, motive, pathway or causal response. Temporal correspondence and statistical association do not establish causation.
Recorded case data
AIR cases are not population-complete incidence. Detection, disclosure, reporting and coding practices vary over time and place. Rare counts can change sharply because of individual events, and 2026 remains incomplete.
No composite risk score
The release contains no validated directionality or weighting scheme for an “AIR context score”. The explorer will not generate country danger, vulnerability or radicalisation rankings from demographic, migration, religion, health or trust indicators.
